  • Define graphical content:
    - Single page
    - Multiple pages
    - OMR marks
    - Etc.

  • Manage return receipts from multiple channels:
    - Wrong address
    - Inbox full
    - Wrong number
    - Etc.

  • Process bar-codes and promotional codes automatically when the offer is redeemed

  • Update the customer data used by the Targeting module automatically

  • Reflect these offers in the Campaign Management module
