Maxxing - Targeting

The TARGETING component allows marketers to classify customers efficiently based on the following criteria:

  • Segmentation (RFM or other): Shopping frequency, average amount spent, etc. TARGETING

  • Scoring: Response to offers, gaining or losing momentum…

  • Positioning: For a predefined category or list of products, know the top shoppers, occasional shoppers and non-shoppers…

  • Favourite and potential sections

  • Targeting lists: Define customer targets for your promotions (those who buy Product A or a list of products but not Product B)…

  • New cardholders. If 4 months are needed to classify the customer, it is nonetheless possible to issue offers during the first month and others during the second.
