The ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT component allows marketers to:

Create, delete, merge and split customer accounts, household accounts, and loyalty cards

Manage the customer’s personal information and preferences

Track purchases and transactions on the customer’s account (made available to the call centre and customer-dedicated website)
This information can also be used by the TARGETING component.
